Kemuel Moodley is the Founder and CEO of Octans Space Africa, he drives strategic partnerships, capital mobilisation, and the commercialisation of cutting-edge space and technology solutions across global markets.

 He is a Theoretical Physicist, specialising in Quantum Mechanics, and works with Artificial Intelligence and ML systems focusing on responsible and domain-specific applications of artificial intelligence. 

Kemuel also brings experience from the trading sector, where he specialised in stochastic modeling and Elliott Wave Theory, blending analytical depth with strategic foresight. 

Barbara B. Fuentes M. is a global business developer & strategist with extensive experience in international trade, market expansion, and strategic consulting across Asia, Latin America, Africa, Europe, and North America. 

She has led the successful launch of multiple subsidiaries and currently drives innovation in emerging markets, with a focus on Africa’s SpaceTech and IT sectors. 

Her expertise spans financial analysis, regulatory strategy, cross-cultural leadership, and global operations—building sustainable growth in complex, high-impact environments. 

Victoria Valdivia Cerda is a political scientist from Chile, she holds a Master's degree in International Relations and currently, she is a student at the doctoral program on International Relations at Universidad de Santiago. 

Victoria has worked as a space policy advisor contributing to the formulation of Chile's defense whitepaper (2017) and to the National Defense policy (2020). Currently, she is a Global fellow at the European Space Policy Institute and lecturer on “Space policies “ at the National Academy of Strategic and Politics Studies (ANEPE) from Ministry of Defense in Chile. 

As a volunteer, Victoria has served as a mentor at the initiative of “space4women”, National Coordinator of WSW, and she is Chair for Chile of G100 “Space & Technology” wing. Also, Victoria is the recipient of first place at the GCSP 2024 prize on innovative futures. 

James E. Benouda is an aviation and space entrepreneur and Co-Founder of ALQAMAR Space, where he is involved in the development of on-orbit rechargeable electric propulsion systems. 

He is also a co-founding member of MISI (Moroccan Initiative for Space Industry), a non-profit organization dedicated to developing Morocco’s space ecosystem and supporting local capability building.

In his role as Regional Director for MENA and Continental Europe at Octans Space, James oversees regional operations, partnerships, and strategic initiatives, contributing his expertise to advance space and technology projects across the region.

Zdravko is an entrepreneur and automation engineer with 10+ years of experience as a business developer of aerospace projects. 

He has participated in some of the earliest NewSpace efforts in Bulgaria, organizing the first CubeSat mission teams in 2013, the New Bulgarian University Space Lab student club, and contributed to the first National Space Program proposal in 2017. 

Zdravko is a graduate of New Bulgarian University and the Bulgarian Air Force Academy and has participated in and overseen three small satellite mission proposals.

He is the founder of Sfera Technologies, a Sofia-based startup building an integrated Earth Observation data delivery system. 

Imoh Thompson Umoetuk is a lawyer specialized in Air & Space law, with over 25 years Consulting experience in  Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Management, Contract Audit, Cost Optimization, Budget, Fund Management, Deal-Structuring and Complex Project Management.

His Consulting experience is multifaceted with many years expertise in Telecommunications, Cyber Security, Defence, Energy, Nuclear, Robotic Process Automation, Technology, Railway, Construction, Engineering, Healthcare, Insurance, Oil & Gas and Professional Services.

Imoh is an Investor and Founder of Genetrix Private Equity with portfolio investment in Technology, Energy, Construction and Mergers & Acquisitions.

As Regional Director for the UK & Nigeria at Octans Space Africa, Imoh leads regional operations, strategic initiatives, and partnerships, driving growth and supporting the delivery of complex projects across multiple sectors.

Victoria Barra Vergara is an Industrial Engineer based in Easter Island, Chile, with a master’s degree in Marketing and Commercial Management.

She has developed extensive experience in the commercial sector across multiple industries on Easter Island and internationally, including serving as Commercial Executive for Europe at FIDAE (International Air and Space Fair). Through this role, she built strong connections in the aeronautical, space, and cybersecurity sectors, cultivating a deep expertise and passion for technology-driven innovation.

As Regional Commercial Head at Octans Space, Victoria oversees the company’s operations and commercial strategy in her region, leading proof-of-concepts, pilot projects, and strategic initiatives. 

In addition to her work at Octans, Victoria advises entrepreneurs, supporting start-ups across diverse sectors in one of the most remote inhabited locations on the planet, fostering innovation and opportunity from Easter Island to the broader global ecosystem.
